The Democratic National Convention last week is giving Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney a run for his money – and believe us, he would have to do a lot of running to catch up to his stacks on stacks on stacks!

STORY: GlobalGrind’s WTF Moments At the Democratic National Convention

According to the Huffington Post, a new nationwide poll conducted by the Post/ABC from Sept. 7 to 9 shows that Obama has a 6 percent edge over his Republican opponent. Out of a sample of 826 registered voters, 50 percent said they are voting for Obama and 44 percent said they are voting for Romney.

As a result from the DNC, Obama has gained a total of 7 points since a previous Post/ABC poll conducted just before the Republican National Convention showed that Romney was up by 1 point over Obama (47 percent to 46 percent) among registered voters.

Obama’s new lead is the first tiebreaker since the summer convention season.

Obama is doing great in the polls and he can thank Bill Clinton, Michelle Obama and all of the wonderful DNC speakers for that!
