Thicke was being processed Friday afternoon and is expected to receive a desk appearance ticket.
According to the NY Daily News, Thicke was arrested at 12:25 p.m. by patrol officers who saw him smoking a joint while sitting in a Cadillac Escalade near 3rd Ave. and E. 21st St.
