In late April of 2012, police busted a Philadelphia drug dealer after they found 89 bags of dope hanging from his penis. Yes, from his ding-dong.

Ray Woods, 23, was popped after he was pulled over for a broken taillight and possession of marijuana. The arresting officer noticed "a large bulge" down the front of his pants as he loaded him into his cruiser.

While back at the station, police discovered that Woods had tied a large plastic bag, containing a whopping 89 smaller bags of heroin and cocaine, around his penis.

When police attempted to relieve Woods of the drugs, he freaked and started to relieve himself all over the officer's hands.
