Shocking Images From UC Davis Pepper Spray Incident (PHOTOS)

Lt. John Pike was the officer who pepper sprayed UC Davis students at point blank range Friday afternoon. He is reported to have said: "Move or we're going to shoot you," right before delivering pepper spray. Then, turning to his fellow officers he said, "Don't worry, I'm going to spray these kids down."
