CNN is reporting that a second arrest has been made in connection with the shooting at a Houston-area community college earlier this week.
Trey Foster, 22, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was arrested in Plano, Texas (more than 250 miles north of the scene of the crime), according to Christina Garza, media manager at the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
Foster has been on the loose since Tuesday when the shooting occurred. Another suspect, who accidently shot himself when he mishandled his firearm, was taken into custody the same day. The shooting is said to have stemmed from an argument between the two men.
This case ends like many do not, with both suspects in custody and no deaths. But too many have a tragic end. This senseless violence has to stop.
