Troy Davis Stay Of Execution Is Denied By The Supreme Court!

Troy Davis' stay of execution has been denied by the United States Supreme Court.  At 7PM, the time that Mr. Davis was to be executed on Wednesday night, September 21st, the Supreme Court asked the state of Georgia to temporarily postpone the execution until they could review the case.

After three and a half hours, the Supreme Court released their decision that they will not grant a stay of execution ot Troy Davis and he is to be executed as quickly as possible.  There was no dissent in this decision.
