Just two days after 28-year-old Michael Olumide Adebolajo and an unidentified 22-year-old brutally attacked an innocent soldier in London, video of their dramatic capture has emerged.
In the video, you can see the two men charging at police after they realize they are surrounded. The officers shoot Adebolajo, whose body all but flies across the street from the impact of the bullet.
The second man appears to aim a gun at the police and is then shot. Both men are in stable condition in the hospital. They were placed under armed guard and are expected to recover.
In another video, you can see Adebolajo preaching over Drummer Lee Rigby’s body after he and the second suspect hacked him to death.
In the chilling video, you can see bystanders protecting Rigby’s body as Adebolajo excitedly explains why he killed the soldier, his bloodied hands visible on the camera.
The women seen in the video are being dubbed the “Angels of Woolwich,” because they bravely risked their own lives to comfort the dying soldier. Gemini Donnelly-Martin, 20, and her mother Amanda stepped forward “because no man should die alone.”
