Atlanta rapper Young Vito, 29, who is suspected of killing Waka Flocka associate Slim Dunkin, has been indicted by a grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia.

Young Vito, whose legal name is Vinson Hardimon, has been charged with murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, as reported by AJC Atlanta News.
STORY: Denied! No Bail For Young Vito In Slim Dunkin’s Murder Case
It’s alleged that Young Vito murdered Slim Dunkin, also known as Mario Hamilton, on December 16th, 2011 during a recording session at a studio in Atlanta.
Witnesses say that Young Vito entered the booth while Slim Dunkin was recording and punched him. During the altercation, Young Vito shot Slim Dunkin in the chest and fled the scene.
Slim Dunkin was then transported to Grady Memorial Hospital where he later died.
