With 2011 coming to an end faster than Kim Kardashian’s wedding, the list of America's most dangerous cities for the year has dropped - and a new city has unfortunately taken the crown.

The rankings are based on 2010 data from the FBI's Uniform Crime Report, with data based on scores determined by the CQ Press.

For instance, Fishers, IN had a score of 90, making them the least dangerous city, while Camden, NJ had a score of 403, which shows how much more violent Camden.

STORY: Most Dangerous Cities In America

Based on statistics collected across America, the FBI were able to break down which city is the most violent, prone to homicides and faces the highest rate of unemployment.

STORY: That's That Nasty Sh*t: America's Dirtiest Cities

The most troubling of all the factors is unemployment, which was proven to have a correlation with violent crimes, not directly, but over time. 

Looking at the 2010 data it also shows that unemployment will inevitably improve in these cities. But for those that remain plagued with violence, the outcome affecting unemployment looks bleak.
