Alessandra and her 5-month-baby belly hit up Sao Paulo Fashion Week in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Sunday to open the Colcci show, and strutted a handful of looks down the catwalk.

The looks, of course, were suiting for a pregnant woman; one of them being a loose fitting knit sweater and the second a muted color blocked shift dress.
