The beautiful and talented Nia Long is a new mom, but is she also a new fiance? 

The Love Jones actress was spotted with a shiny new ring on her left finger! Romance must be in the air with her baby daddy, NBA Basketball player Ime Udoka.

Nia was recently spotted shopping around with baby Kez and the family nanny in Los Angeles, picking up some essentials at Whole Foods. Nia's motherly demeanor is a resilient one, as she perfects what she's already practiced.

A cheerful and optimistic mama, the 41-year-old is always up for the challenge. She tweeted recently saying:

Morning snuggles with my boys are the best. About to get a little workout in. Oh Yeah! :)

We're sure Nia has had no problem shedding off the baby weight. The superwoman just completed a covershoot themed "I'm Every Woman" - which we can't wait to see.
