Whitney Houston had cocaine in her system on the night she died.

While the official cause of death is an accidental drowning, according to TMZ:

The LA County Coroner report also notes heart disease and cocaine use were contributing factors to Whitney's demise.

Whitney was found dead in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel last month and several pills were found on the scene -- including Xanax, Ibuprofen, and Midol.

According to coroner spokesman Craig Harvey, cocaine and its metabolites were found in Houston's system, and it was listed as a contributing factor in her death. He says the results indicated Houston was a chronic cocaine user.

The investigators found no traces of coke or crack inside her hotel room on the night of her death last month.
