The actress made her way to the 2012 Teen Choice Awards and wowed the red carpet with a sexy multi-textured Aztec print dress with frill trimmings.

And Demi didn't stop the intensity there. For her hair she went for a super high ponytail and tied the look together with black platform heels.

However it wasn't completely smooth red carpet sailing for the 19 year old. Demi suffered a slight wardrobe malfunction, having a nip slip as she accidentally revealed some side boob.
But all is still right with the world. Demi still strutted her stuff with style and grace.
