Hello Brooklyn!

Adidas is still celebrating the Nets coming to Brooklyn with a brand new capsule collection of premium Nets apparel and accessories. The collection is being released at KITH Manhattan and Brooklyn locations today and it's pretty damn impressive.

The collection includes a classic 1980s style leather duffel bag designed by adidas Originals, by SCHOTT N.Y.C., and lining created by Brooklyn artist ESPO, which holds adidas Originals x Brooklyn Nets authentic memorabilia. Additionally there is an adidas Originals x Brooklyn Nets crew and t-shirt, as well as an inaugural season jacket designed by adidas Originals and manufactured by Portland brand Dehen. The limited edition collection comes together as a kit, not available for purchase at any retailer.

Two additional kits can be purchased as auctioned items on eBay. The adidas Originals leather duffel bags will be available for sale exclusively at KITH with limited quantities of 5 at each location. The tough part to swallow so-to-speak, may be the retail price of $750. All proceeds will be donated to the Hurricane Sandy relief in Brooklyn through the Brooklyn Community Foundation, so you can look at it as more of a contribution than a random purchase. Either way, the entire collection is really cool, especially for residents of Brooklyn and fans of the Nets.
