Well, 40 is looking pretty darn good on Cameron Diaz. 

The actress took the cover of the November issue of Esquire UK Magazine to prove she is sexy and she knows it.

Justin Timberlake's ex lady is looking might fine in an array of provocative poses shot by photog Terry Richardson, who has a way of bringing out the inner sex kitten in just about everyone.  

As for the article, Cameron spent most of that time talking about how amazing she not only looks, but feels, saying: 

“I’m so excited. Getting older is the best part of life. Like, I know more than I’ve ever known. I have gratitude. I know myself better. I feel more capable than ever. And as far as the physicality of it – I feel better at 40 than I did at 25." 

“For the first time in my life I’m content,” the 40-year-old actress told the mag, and noted that not being married is not a problem to her at all!
