Chris Brown took to Instagram to silently announce that he has inked on the only available part of his skin real estate left: his neck!

Chris added a new tattoo right next to his controversial tat of a woman with a battered face, which many believed to be based on Rihanna's likeness, and while the photo he posted isn't so clear, it appears that the new tat may be one of the king of the jungle.
