Coco Rocha has been featured on over a dozen covers of Elle Magazine varying over international platforms, but she isn’t too thrilled with her latest Elle Brazil debut.

Long known for her strong stance and commitment to not posing nude or partially nude, the high fashion model is up-in-arms over an Elle Brazil cover that features Coco in what appears to be body jewels.

The model is speaking up about the breached contract via her Tumblr page, where she penned the following letter concerning the body-baring photoshop job:

As a high fashion model I have long had a policy of no nudity or partial nudity in my photoshoots. For my recent Elle Brazil cover shoot I wore a body suit under a sheer dress, but recently discovered that the body suit was Photoshopped out to give the impression that I am showing much more skin than I actually was or am comfortable with. This was specifically against my expressed verbal and written direction. I’m extremely disappointed that my wishes and contract were ignored. I strongly believe every model has a right to set rules for how she is portrayed and for me these rules were clearly circumvented.

Kudos to Coco for standing up for what she believes in. A breach in contract could mean a lawsuit for the Brazilian edition of the magazine in the near future.

Do you think that the publication took the photoshopping a bit too far?
