Fergie & Taboo Of Black Eyed Peas Are Back In Black At Billboard Music Awards 2011 (PHOTOS)

After a four year hiatus, the Billboard Music Awards are back!  

Sighted on the red carpet tonight in Vegas were Black Eyed Peas members Fergie and Taboo, both of whom were dressed in black.

Fergie wore her signature pumps from her line with Macy's, paired with a short black leather cocktail dress accented with metal buckles at the waist and neck.

Taboo was dressed in black drop-crotch shorts, leopard print kicks and a sleeveless black shirt under a leather vest.
