She is now married to Prince William, she was appointed the Dutchess of Cambridge by the Queen of England, who is now her grandmother-in-law and her wedding was watched by millions all over the world. 

Kate has become a celebrity overnight and with that fame comes scrutiny and there has been no shortage of scrutiny.

Recently, Kelly Osbourne came under fire for her comments on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno that expressed her distaste for the Dutchess recycling her outfits.

"In England they're like, 'Look how thrifty she's being, showing the British public that the Royals are in a recession as well,'" Osbourne said. "Only in this country they call it a faux pas."

Osbourne went on to say, 

"I'm sorry, but if I had that job I would only wear it once. If I am going to be the future bloody Queen of England I'm going to wear that dress once because I'm giving up the rest of my life, all of my privacy. At least I can get a new dress every day!"
