The actress, who is also the cover girl for this month's issue of Cosmo magazine, was one of the first to arrive on the 70th annual Golden Globe Award red carpet and she did not disappoint.

Julianne upstaged her dapper beau Seacrest (who was suited up in a gray and black colorblocked tux) in a Monique Lhuillier Pre-Fall 2013 gown.
The dress itself took center stage, but Julianne was not afraid to dress up the already grandiose gown that featured a white tulle with gold sparkling embellishments, an illusion neckline and a ruffled skirt, with some rock star hair and a standout clutch.
