What's the best way to finish off an elegant evening in West Hollywood? An after party of course! 

Last night's 2012 Emmy Awards was a sight to see, but the excitement didn't end there.

Stars capped off the evening with a night on the town, glamming it up at HBO's Annual Emmy Awards Post-Ceremony. 

Among those in attendance were funny man Jimmy Fallon, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Modern Family's Sofia Vergara and Hollywood power couple Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman.

The gentlemen did not disappoint, rocking traditional black tapered suits. Very classy. But the real stars of last night were the ladies.

Jamie-Lynn Sigler gave us a splash of color, wearing a very trendy tangerine ombre frock. While Sofia Vergara sparkled in an aquamarine glittering gown by Zuhair Murad. And of course, the always stunning Nicole Kidman showed out in an off-white number with bold blue detail.
