One of our favorite retail giants, H&M has been collaborating with other designers since 2004.

First, the Swedish brand teamed up with Karl Lagerfeld and today, rumors surfaced that their next collaboration would be with Maison Martin Margiela.

Throughout the years, H&M and designers have produced some hot collections that sold out within hours and were even bought and sold on eBay for much higher prices!

RUMOR ALERT: Margiela is the Next Brand to Work with H&M

One such collaboration was in 2011 with Versace. The collection sold out on the day of the launch and included vibrant prints and pieces that resembled some classic old school collections from the iconic brand. Kanye West was even spotted wearing a piece from the collection while performing at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show in New York.

Marni’s collection, which is H&M’s most recent, featured silky dresses and bold prints including polka dots and floral designs. Every fashion fan was looking forward to this collaboration, which was launched in March.

Some other H&M collaborations were with fashion heavyweights Lanvin, Roberto Cavalli, Stella McCartney, Viktor & Rolf, Comme des Garcons, Jimmy Choo, and Sonia Rykiel.

Let’s just say that H&M doesn’t skimp on the sartorial inspiration! Check out the gallery to see some pieces from the best H&M collaborations!
