HOUSE REAL BIG: Jay Cutler's Colorado Mansion

Jay Cutler is making serious moves this summer. Aside from calling off his wedding earlier this summer, the former Denver Broncos quarterback finally sold off the mansion he lived in before he was traded to the Chicago Bears, according to TMZ.

According to official documents, Cutler purchased the home in Parker, CO in 2005 for $1.34 million. Cutler put his home up for sale in 2010 for $1.625 but no one bought it. 

Jay eventually lowered his asking price and the 5,344 square foot estate finally sold on July 19 for $1,000,000. Lower than he expected, but still not bad.

On top of the $1,000,000 he will get for the home, the QB is also set to make $15 mil this season playing for the Bears. Not too shabby.
