The predicted iPhone 5 release date is nearing and rumors are swirling.
We've finally gotten what seems to be the most solid set of information to date, claiming that the iPhone5 will be released on September 21st, so get your savings ready.
According to reports, a source from Verizon told Tech Crunch that there is a vacation block that has the entire staff under specific instructions.
"A trusted Verizon employee has just confirmed to TechCrunch that the carrier is having an all-staff vacation blackout from the dates of Friday, September 21 to September 30. You know what that means, right?"
According to the tech news site, all staff at Verizon's retail stores have been banned from taking vacation at the end of September. US companies normally only insist "all hands on deck" when there is a big launch to ensure stores are managed for the hordes of customers expected.
This rumor is consistent with the previous timeline that estimates Apple will be making the announcement on the 15th and putting the phones on sale for the 21st of September.
