The day you’ve been waiting for is finally here. No, not the day off from work that you get to frolic and celebrate ‘Merica’s birthday. The day off of work where you get to listen to Jay-Z’s new album Magna Carta Holy Grail on repeat, uninterrupted…if you’re a Samsung user.
Last night, Jay-Z and Samsung celebrated exclusivity, as they hosted the official launch party for Jay’s new body of art. Celebrities like Nick Cannon, Timbaland, and June Ambrose hit the black carpet to show Jay some love at the Liberty Warehouse in NYC.
The man of the hour, Jay, kept it simple but stunna in a black blazer and a white tee, but he brought back real rap with a gold chain that will probably be used for locking up Blue Ivy’s training wheels in the future.
The woman behind Jay’s looks, June Ambrose, was on the scene keeping it chic in destroyed denim.
Timbo went for a beach look in peach and white linen… (sad face)
While Raekwon‘s outfit suggests that his plans didn’t involve stopping at a step and repeat, he took his Fila sweats on the go anyway (double sad face).
Emily B looked stunning and fresh faced in a blue romper.
While Adrienne Bailon also got the blues in a relaxed fit tank paired with white jeans.
Tyson Beckford suited up proper in breathable fabrics.
And Busta kept it simple in all black.
