According to Real Estalker, Academy Award Winning actress and singer Jennifer Hudson is under contract to purchase a 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom castle, recently listed on the market for a whopping $2,795,000 in Chicago!

NBC Chicago reports that the recently slim and trim star, who is also a triple threat and a mom, “will get the house for 33 percent less than the original asking price of $4.2 million.”
