No project is ever too outrageous for Jeremy Scott.
The same man who famously made Mickey Mouse army helmets and adidas sneakers with wings is now putting wings on something else.
The designer teamed up with smart Fortwo to produce a fully functional electric car that also happens to have wings very reminiscent of the ones he designed for his adidas shoe. These wings however, also double as the rear lights for the vehicle!
Appropriately titled, smart forJeremy, the car is equipped with a power capacity of 17.6kWh lithium-ion rechargeable battery that provides continuous endurance of up to 145 km, reaching a maximum speed of 125 km/h.
The smart forJeremy is only a show car for now, however it will launch next year as a limited edition special release, unveiled on the eve of the L.A. auto show. Do you think that you would drive around in this winged smart car? Let us know in the comments below!
