With all of the hoopla over Kanye West starting a new ... everything, it made us think about the things that he is really into. Things like his love of the Givenchy clothing line! 

Under the creative direction of Riccardo Tisci, the brand has recently begun to explode in the hip-pop world as the go-to "cool guy" brand. 

Kanye is the main guy responsible for this. The brand was brought to the forefront of hip-pop culture when Mr. West used Tisci to help design the artwork for Watch The Throne.

'Ye also wore Givenchy for the majority of the WTT tour and single-handedly made this season's Givenchy Rottweiler shirt and sweater the "it" items of the collection.

For the upcoming spring/summer 2012 season, Tisci moved away from the Rottweiler motif in favor of the "Birds of Paradise" theme. 

The colorful representation of birds and their feathers are displayed on almost the entire collection. Most of the items in the collection are for men, but the motif was definitely sprinkled into the women's collection with the graphic being on three bags and two skirts.

The collection may not be as "in your face" as the snarling rottweiler, but we still think it will fly off of retailers shelves.
