Kanye West Brings Mystery Woman To A French Soiree! (PHOTOS)

Just playing Kanye! That is the lovely, Carine Roitfeld, the former editor of French Vogue!

Kanye and Ms. Roitfeld joined a galaxy of stars who converged in Cannes this evening at amfARs 18th Annual Cinema Agazinst AIDS Gala.

Shining brighter than ever were Naomi Campbell, Rosario Dawson, Karolina Kurkova, Michelle Rodriguez, Uma Thurman, Gwen Stefani, Karl Lagerfeld, Bar Refaeli and Frida Pinto, to list 10 of the Hollywood and fashion elite.

This year's event and the biggest party of the festival, was sponsored by L'Oreal Paris, The Weinstein Company, Moet & Hennessey, Bold Films and Chopard and was held at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc Cap d'Antibes. 

Rosario Dawson wore a silver, strapless Roberto Cavalli dress with a glittering bodice which she accessorized with Menella jewels and Karolina Kurkova was drop dead gorgeous in a beaded and pearl dress by Chanel Haute Couture.
