I was blessed enough to be on CBS morning show WLNY-TVY called “Live From the Couch” with radio broadcaster Carolina Bermudez and TV anchors John Elliott and Lisa Kerney as the co-host.

They interviewed me about my book "From Fat Farm to Phat Farm,” and we also spoke about my motivational speaking tour I am embarking on in 2013 called "Get Smart or Die Trying,” and I got the opportunity to train co-host Lisa Kerney on their show on their "Fit Minute" segment!
