Last year, Karl decided to sell his luxurious New York City home, but then ultimately decided it wasn't the right time to go. However, the high end detailed apartment and high fashion designer have officially split up and at $5.2 million, the apartment can now be yours.

The place comes with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1 half bath, floor to ceiling windows, large chef kitchen walk-in closets and separate office area.

The pad is decked out in Varenna cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel countertops and top of the line Miele appliances while surrounded by a breathtaking view of Gramercy Park.

We don't know what made Karl have a change of heart but this place is gorgeous!
