Last year, Karl decided to sell his luxurious New York City home, but then ultimately decided it wasn’t the right time to go. However, the high end detailed apartment and high fashion designer have officially split up and at $5.2 million, the apartment can now be yours.
The place comes with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1 half bath, floor to ceiling windows, large chef kitchen walk-in closets and separate office area.
