Kate Upton may be the only person in the world who can make a simple jog so darn controversial.

The 2012 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover girl has been featured in an array of ads infusing everyday activities with over the top sexiness, but the latest collaboration with skater brand Zoo York has left some media including MTV, a little um … tight in the pants.

The commercial features a buxom Kate jogging through Tompkins Square Park in New York’s East Village neighborhood sporting a sweatsuit and sports bra underneath. It’s not an unusual sight until one of Kate’s nipples makes a poking cameo.

The hilarious commercial also features Zoo York’s infamous filthy mouth cockroaches who have their share of skaterboy commentary while Kate takes a jog.

According to a press release from Zoo York, the commercial will debut on cable networks and online, but has been rejected by MTV and Turner Entertainment’s Adult Swim Network.

Adult Swim, the Cartoon Network’s late-night programming for young adults and home to many popular and racy characters like Peter Griffin, Stewie Griffin and Master Shake, and MTV have refused to air the commercial due to “bleeped profanity” and an image of Upton’s “erect nipple” in the commercial.

But Kate Upton isn’t letting a few dirty mouth bugs change her opinion about the commercial, she is excited about the finished product and stated:
“This was such a funny commercial! Who knew cockroaches were so racy and hilarious? Definitely a must-see!”

Who knew a little giggle and cursing roaches could garner this much of an uproar?
