Katy looked radiant as she bounced down the orange carpet in her pre-slimed outfit and her multicolor hair and makeup topped the look perfectly.
While on the red carpet, Katy broke the news to Kelly Osbourne that her 3D concert DVD was slated for a release around the 4th of July. Katy Perry: Part of Me
According to reports, Magical Elves are in talks to direct the movie, which will show Perry’s life on and off the stage, all in 3D.

Sounds exciting! But those lucky ones in attendance at the kids choice awards got to see Katy in real 3D as she performed her new hit “Piece of Me” for the awards show crowd.
