Katy's latest look is more Morticia-esque than a California Gurl, as she rocked long, dark purple locks with matching purple lips as she hit the red carpet for the NARM Music Biz Awards Dinner last night in Los Angeles, CA.

Along with her drips and drabs of purple, Katy wore a floor length long-sleeved black dress, striped with sheerness. With a lengthy cross around her neck and studded black pumps, Katy may or may not be going through a dark phase, or she could just be making a fashion statement.
