Kelly Rowland and some of her fellow Destiny's Child members shined on the red carpet for the 3rd Annual Essence Black Women in Music Event!

Kelly rocked a floor-length one shoulder orange gown with gold accessories and a beautiful curly do to the event. We love to see Kelly's natural tresses free-flowing and wild! 

Meanwhile LeToya Luckett wore a bright royal blue number, and Michelle Williams chose a black and gold embroidered number. Beyoncé was nowhere in sight, but we’re sure she was tending to baby Blue Ivy of course. 

Also in attendance were the lovely Eva Pigford, Melody Thornton, Ne-Yo, Eve, Melanie Amaro and Alex Wek.

The “Motivation” singer, along with music industry veteran Sylvia Rhone, were honored at the event, which celebrated some of the successful women who have contributed to the music industry in the past year.

MC Lyte played DJ and Kelly hit the stage, to perform “Motivation” and reunite with Eve for their 2007 collaboration “Like This.”

Kelly, who is nominated at this weekend’s Grammys, was presented with a platinum plaque by “Motivation” hitmaker Rico Love.
