Kim Kardashian seems to be over the moon with glee since Kanye West announced her pregnancy to the world at his Sunday night concert in Atlantic City, but that isn’t going to stop the expectant mom from being business as usual.

Last night Kim, her baby bump and Kanye took their first red carpet since breaking the news as Kim hosted a party at 1Oak nightclub in Las Vegas.
Kim took to Twitter to rave about her night’s plans tweeting:
Although Kim was clad in a lace dress that artfully camouflaged her tummy, she didn’t hesitate when it came to serving up exactly what the cameras were waiting for: the belly rub.

Kanye stood by proudly (when he wasn’t whispering sweet nothings into his “Baby momma’s” ear) looking dapper in a shockingly classic black suit with an unbuttoned white shirt underneath. The pair got extremely close once inside the party and Kanye spent the night showing affection to Kim rubbing her belly, and of course they shared a midnight kiss.
