Kim stepped out to host the event in a very revealing emerald green velvet dress. The reality star nearly bust out of the figure-hugging wrap dress, barely escaping a nip-slip, thanks to Mama Kris of course.

Jenner was on hand to offer a quick wardrobe adjustment before they hit the red carpet. Kim finished off this simple yet sexy look with some fierce leopard print sandals.
