According to a TMZ insider, Kim Kardashian’s Beverly Hills home has an asking price of $5 million. She bought the Tuscan-style villa in 2010 for $3.4 million and the five-bedroom spread boasts a pool and a spa.

While this property is up for sale under Kim's name, Curbed is reporting that the reality star has been living instead in a $40,000-a-month rental in Beverly Hills following her split from husband Kris Humphries.
