Miley Cyrus was yet again spotting leaving her Pilates class in West Hollywood yesterday; this time revealing new ink that had the paparazzi checking for more than just pics of the 19-year-old's beautiful face.
Keeping it cute and casual in a black and white striped midriff top and black leggings, Cyrus showed off her new tattoo along her left forearm, which reads:
"So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat."
The quote is taken from a speech that former President of the United States, Theodore Roosevelt, made in 1910 at the Sorbonne in Paris.
Who knew this Hollywood youngster had an interest in politics? We wonder what fiancee Liam Hemsworth thinks of his girl's new ink?
