MTV VMAs 2011: Katy Perry On The Black Carpet (PHOTOS)

They have more bounce in California! Katy Perry and Russell Brand made their way to the black carpet for the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards.

The "California Girls" beauty was on the black carpet in a very short, Versace kimono dress. The dress looked great and the star topped it off with a matching umbrella.

Katy is now rocking her bubble gum pink hair, as well bringing the look all together in a super sexy fashion. Russell took a safer approach by wearing a dark color to make sure that his wife gets all the time to shine.
