Queen Barbie Nicki Minaj stepped out in a typically out of this world getup last night in London, England.

Nicki treated her fans waiting outside her hotel to a colorful outfit that included bright neon colors, neon yellow furry boots, a purple wig and an extra large popsicle.

She also added in large wooden bangles and pink makeup. Nicki always knows how to catch us off guard with her fashion decisions.
