Sure, there are tons of sneakers that come out around Christmas that can easily be great Christmas gifts. But Nike, and even And 1, have released shoes specifically for the Christmas holiday, and like always, they are pretty freakin' sweet.

LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant will once again be releasing special Christmas edition versions of their shoes to be worn during the Christmas NBA games. Each are very festive in their own way. LeBron's sneakers look like they could have been ornaments on a tree, as do the bright green shoes by And 1.

The Kobe System 8 Christmas edition is also a bit more festive, with a multi-colored pattern reminiscent of a Kwanzaa fabric. All the sneakers incorporate the traditional green and red colors. The hyperdunk low goes as far as to have a gingerbread man on the tongue!
