Rita Ora hasn’t debuted her album in the US yet, but that hasn’t stopped New York designer Phillip Lim from noting the Roc Nation songstress’ admirable style…and naming a pair of boots after her.
The acclaimed NYC designer just rolled out a new style of boot called “The ORA,” and they’re as interesting as they sound.
The over-the-knee boot sandals sound like a messy in-between season concoction, but they are actually quite the beauties, with a hefty price tag to match.
Rita debuted her pair on Instagram this weekend at the Parklife Festival in Manchester, which she paired with a graphic Stella McCartney top and matching shorts, and captioned the photo saying:
“The ORA Boot. Wow Philip Lim I can’t believe it!!! After me! I’m speechless THANK YOU! I’m honoured. These boots are gonna go everywhere! Wat a great name for a boot! Hehehe #wurkwurkwurk #muse #honoured #basic
#thesebootsaremade4walkin #walkalloveryou Love you philip!”
Phillip? First name basis? OK.
The Ora boots are currently on sale at Moda Operandi for about half a month of NYC rent at $950, check out a closer look below.
