This just in, hot off the rumor presses, Scarlett Johansson will play actress Janet Leigh in the new Psycho film!

STORY: Scarlett Johansson For Mango

The sultry actress will play - pay attention - the role of another actress in a film about the actual making of the famous film Psycho. ScarJo will work with Anthony Hopkins and Helen Mirren, who have both signed up to play Mr. and Mrs. Hitchcock. The film is based on a book by John McLaughlin, Tom Thayer and Stephen Rebello and follows Hitchcock's struggle to make the 1960 horror film.

Hitchcock originally struggled with funding for the project and had to finance is himself. We're 100 percent sure fans around the world can't wait to see ScarJo in the iconic shower scene.

Johansson is also the star of the new film The Avengers, premiering May 4th in the U.S. and April 26th in the UK.
