SONY Looks Out For Clumsy Consumers With First Ever Waterproof Tablet (PHOTOS)

Sony is known for their advances in electronics, and although the tablet is nothing new, a waterproof and dust-proof one is! Sony recently announced the Xperia Tablet Z that will serve as Sony’s counterpart to its Xperia smartphones and feature advanced internal specs in addition to external advancements.

The Xperia Tablet Z is an Android 4.1 tablet that runs on a Qualcomm 1.5GHz quad-core processor with 2GB RAM, 32GB of storage, a 10.1-inch 1,920 x 1,200 screen with Mobile Bravia Engine 2, an 8.1-megapixel Exmor R camera, NFC, LTE, microSD expansion and Sony’s proprietary “S-Force” virtual surround sound technology.
