The always adorable Teyana Taylor, who is known for her ability to switch it up from sneakers to Giuseppes in a heartbeat, may be the First Lady of G.O.O.D Music, but that doesn't mean she has to leave her sneaker-loving ways in the past. The songstress transcended career barriers to collaboratively design a shoe with adidas, using it to pay homage to her hometown of Harlem with the newest design venture.
The adidas Originals Harlem GLC Sneakers feature a scaled leather reminiscent of reptile skin on the upper with contrasting black side panel branding bronze. But things really get interesting in the back of the sneaker with a unique design that frames the back of the leg.
There were inital rumors circulating that the sneakers would be up for pre-order at the first of this month, but newer reports indicate that the kicks will go on sale to the public on just two days after Valentine's Day and will retail both online at adidas.com and in adidas stores for $140.
A proud Teyana has been showing off photos of the shoe on Instagram, teasing her fans as the release date nears.
Will you be copping these $140 kicks?
