Whitney Houston Remembered On The Cover Of Essence (PHOTO)

She may have passed, but she'll never be forgotten. Next month's issue of Essence Magazine will include a cover story and 16-page feature section dedicated to the late Whitney Houston. 

STORY: Whitney Houston's Death Will be Ruled An Accident

The magazine will recreate a tribute to the singer by including pictures, interviews and comments from the close friends and family of Whitney. A spokeswoman from Essence magazine stated:

"The magazine will explore Houston’s legacy broadly, “from fashion muse to spiritual girlfriend, with a tone specific to black women.” 

The cover photograph is a picture shot in 1990 back when Whitney filmed the iconic film The Bodyguard.

This isn't the only Whitney Houston magazine cover being released next month, Rolling Stone's April issue also features the late singer with a feature cover story called "The Diva and her Dark Side" by David Browne. 

Pick up the issue as soon as it hits newsstands on March 12th. Rest in Peace Whitney.
