Coming down off starring on The Wire and television shows such as Southland and Hawaii Five-0, Wood is trying his hand at acting live and direct on the stage of the classic A Streetcar Named Desire on Broadway. 

While Wood’s acting skills are undoubtedly ones to gawk at, his roots in hip-hop also run equally as deep. 

The mere mention of Wood’s interest in music lights him up, but the mention of his late friend Tupac reminds him that hip-hop isn’t quite what it used to be.
