<p><em>Let Freedom Ring! Let Freedom Ring!</em> those are the words echoed by Da Brat fans on the day of her release. Long time supporter and label boss <strong>JD</strong> of <em>So So Def </em>notified his twitter fans of the good news this morning.</p>
<p>Da Brat was sentenced in 2007 to 3 years on an assault charge. She was released to a work release program in May of last year, and now she is officially finished with the sentence.</p>
