Friends and family members gathered yesterday, November 17, and today, November 18, to remember and celebrate the life of Heavy D. 
Russell Simmons, Sean Diddy Combs, Kimora Lee Simmons and Chris Rock were among the many who paid their final respects to Heavy D at a Viewing And Wake Service at Grace Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, New York on Thursday night.
The sudden cause of Heavy D's death remains a mystery, as today's autopsy results were deemed inconclusive. 
Los Angeles Ultra Body FitnessTony Wisniewski reported that Heavy D was on a fitness plan that began three months before his death.
Heavy D died earlier this week, now his friends, family and the entire hip-hop community are mourning the sudden lose.
The hip-hop community has been haunted by the unfortunate and untimely death of Heavy D.
